This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other tracking technology.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote for tiling work, and communicate with you about your potential project. We do not use your information for marketing purposes. Your information is processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) as described below.

Information storage and security

Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, in accordance with their security and data handling practices. Your information may be stored on servers located outside Australia, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.

Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

  • Netlify — website hosting and contact form processing
  • Tradsiee — video recording widget on our contact page. If you choose to record a video message, Tradsiee stores your recording using Cloudinary, a third-party service based in the United States. Video recordings are retained indefinitely for dispute resolution and may not be eligible for deletion.

Data retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. Once the enquiry is resolved or the project completed, your information is deleted within 12 months unless required otherwise by law.

Note: Video recordings submitted through the Tradsiee widget are retained indefinitely by Tradsiee for dispute resolution purposes and may not be eligible for deletion. This is outside our control.
